I would suggest you browse the net and youtube for lessons with techniques and start picking and learning some - I'd suggest learning the scales and practicing daily would be something that can help your fingers can get in shape! Smile

Play things that are both fun and helpful. Tipping the balance too far in either direction makes it either unhelpful, or booooring.
